Every event is different, so you won’t find a “one size fits all” solution at tappit. Our team takes the time to learn the ins and outs of your event to make sure you’re getting the most out of the cashless experience. The most important thing to understand is that the process is easy and fast.
From system set-up to post-event report evaluations, we’re with you every step of the way.
Decide you want to go cashless
We’ll begin by taking you through the proof of concept. A tappit team member can give you a demonstration of the cashless system, provide you with information about events that tappit has partnered with previously and answer any event-specific questions you may have.
Work with tappit team
Next, your team will provide tappit with the artwork to produce the wristbands or cashless cards for your event. Producing the wristbands or cards is the step that typically takes the longest in the implementation process, so we like to get this started as soon as possible.
Next, a tappit team member will join you for a site visit to get a better picture of your event and help you optimise customer flow, top-up points and more. After this visit, you will work with your account manager to finalise your contract and statement of work, which will clearly outline tappit’s role in the success of your event. We’ll also iron out any details regarding tappit entry, top-ups and access control.
Once the paperwork and event blueprints are sorted, it’s time to get to the good stuff. We’ll make sure the hardware is ready to go in line with your event details, including kiosk-specific menus to enhance transaction speeds. Before your event starts, tappit staff will be onsite to train your event staff and ensure the system is running smoothly. We will also monitor the system during the event so we can troubleshoot any issues that may arise. If connectivity allows, tappit can also run reports in near-real-time, providing you with data and insights to make any logistics updates or send communications or promotions to your event attendees.
After the event, tappit staff will support cash outs (as agreed prior to the event) and facilitate customer service. Finally, tappit will provide you with valuable reports, analytics and stats collected via the cashless system. Based on these reports, the tappit team can make recommendations to improve your event next year.Let’s do it!
